The kind knight

A sundial named "The Kind Knight" is designed for geographical coordinates of Moscow and within the scale error provides accurate indications not further that 100 km from Moscow. On the dial face the motto "Horas non numero nisi serenas" is cut out (I do not consider hours, except for happy ones). The diameter is 490 mm, thickness, 80 mm, weight is about 20 kg. Gnomon is cast of bronze and patinated artificially.
