Vertical sundial on the west wall. The sundial is installed on June, 2009. Description. The device is made of smalt in mosaics technique. Besides the time, the rod gnomon indicates the days of equinoxes and solstices. In the uppermost part of the sundial on the clouds background a white pigeon, a symbol of the Holy Spirit, is drawn. The dial background represents transition of night into day and is decorated by images of the sun, moon and stars.
